I've spent over 25 years in leadership — leading teams, navigating change, and building something from the ground up in some genuinely hard seasons.
And like most leaders, I hit my own walls. Moments where clarity disappeared, confidence wavered, and I wasn't sure what the next right step looked like. What changed everything for me wasn't a book or a course. It was a conversation — with someone who knew how to ask the right questions.
That experience sent me on a different path. In 2021 I trained as a coach, and it was one of the most transformative things I've ever done — both personally and professionally. Since then I've had the privilege of working with leaders across the UK, the US, and beyond — in churches, charities, and organisations — helping them find the clarity and momentum they need to lead well.
